hello, guys! it’s great to start my new blog in English
let me introduce a bit I’m Maruko(alias) live in Tokyo JAPAN 30s
just ordinary Japanese working as a server engineer
why started blog …?
first of all, I would like to show you how one of Japanese people spend in ordinary life
my personality is kind of introvert and like staying my home all day but sometime I really become active xD
so i wanna share my life with you!
second, as you notice that my English is a bit weird dont you think? I’m still English learner so sorry if you can’t get what I write…
What your planning in the future?
I’ve recently changed my career as a server engineer. i didn’t any experience of this field so I started studying programming like Java, PHP ,some framework and general IT last April but as you know it was so hard to get this job with no experience and my age is over 30. and i was working in admin for import at the moment. i did overtime everyday like over 30 hours per months ( it’s really traditional Japanese company! haha) my motivation was like roller coaster ;( but i thought it isn’t what i want to do , then i quit my previous job and travelled in the UK where i have been a lot
after came back to Japan, my motivation was a high , and got new job in the end.
However, my job is mainly handle SQL or Linux. in fact, i’d like to code like Java or PHP that i studied so still i need to learn
Also, i didn’t go to uni when i was young. i regret it. many people go to university including 30s 40s even 50s and I’m thinking of going to university. i’m interesting in computer science and I found university that can learn on online. Hopefully, enter this Automn!
